Help build hope for restoring our wounded plant. Consider making a donation today to expand the work of the Scarred Lands Project.
We seek funding to help develop a campaign in the coming year to broadly disseminate our recently produced short films, including through partnerships with organizations and others.
Fund for Sustainable Tomorrows is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization formed by Scarred Lands & Wounded Lives film producers Alice and Lincoln Day, educators and members of several environmental organizations, to help increase public awareness about the extensive and often hidden environmental and human consequences of war and preparations for war.
Having reviewed films presented over nine years at the Environmental Film Festival in the Nation’s Capital, the Days concluded that the ecological footprint of war was only minimally addressed on film and that film is a powerful medium for presenting this topic to a broad and diverse audience.
All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We can only accept checks at this time.
